Minimum quantities vary by product type and are always confirmed before you proceed.
Yes — you pay the factory directly for product cost, which keeps the transaction fully transparent and under your control. We guide you through every payment step and recommend secure methods such as bank transfer (T/T), Alibaba Trade Assurance, or Wise. We do not handle your factory payments on your behalf. Our service fee is a separate, clearly stated charge paid directly to us after you approve the quotation.
No. Supplier quotations are shared transparently — you will always see the factory unit price and our coordination service fee as separate, clearly labelled line items in your quotation. We do not inflate product prices. Our revenue comes only from the stated service fee, which is agreed before any order is placed.

No. There are no subscriptions, retainers, or monthly fees of any kind. We operate on a per-order basis — you only pay when you are actively placing an order. If you are not placing an order in a given period, there is no charge. This model means our interests are aligned: we only get paid when we are actively delivering value for you.
We accept bank transfer (wire/T/T), Wise, and PayPal for our service fee. Your preferred payment method and our full account details are included in the formal quotation document sent to you before any payment is due. We do not request payment outside of the formal quotation process.
